INCEPTION
The postgraduate course in Human Resource Management has been offered since 2002.
OBJECTIVE
The course has been designed to impart a holistic understanding of the process and functions of Human Resource Management and a well-rounded approach to help learners grasp the skill sets required to excel as a HR professional with professional orientation and global outlook.

SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS
On 12th and 13th December a two-day state level technical workshop on “Intellectual Property Rights” was organized by Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology – Patent information centre in collaboration with Dr. MGR-Janaki College of Arts and Science for Women catalysed and supported by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.
Pentagon – The School of Business Studies organised one day State Level Seminar on “Industry 4.0 – change to transform” on 6th February 2020.
CLUB ACTIVITIES - Huro (MA)
- Interdepartmental competition in collaboration with placement cell “Creativity Challenge 2K19” poster presentation on the topic Social issues.
- MODEL MAKING Competition was conducted on October 4th 2019 on the topic “Model Making on Social Issues”.
