RED RIBBON CLUB (RRC)

The RRC Unit of our college organized and participated in a range of awareness and outreach programs focusing on health, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability. Key initiatives included a beach cleaning drive promoting eco-consciousness, a Drug-Free Tamil Nadu pledge program encouraging a healthy lifestyle, and awareness sessions on stem cell and organ donation highlighting their life-saving impact.

The club also conducted multiple outreach programs in schools, educating students on nutrition, hygiene, rabies prevention, and environmental cleanliness through interactive sessions. In addition, awareness programs on anti-rabies measures and AIDS helped students understand prevention, treatment, and the importance of reducing stigma.

Overall, these activities fostered awareness, compassion, and responsible citizenship among students, empowering them to contribute positively to society and public health.
